Corsair K65 is like the cheapest mechanical mostly.

Maybe the CM Storm keyboards will fit you

10 keys?

It needs to have a numpad.

What switches do you want? Check out the link in my sig for info on that cuz all mechanical keyboards are not the same to type on.

I'd prefer blue, and i don't care if they are a sketchy chinese company, but i will change switches if it is cheap enough.

Cooler Master is safe for a budget keyboard. Just check PCPartPicker, here's a good one for cheap http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-keyboard-sgk4000gkcl1us

The g710+  by a bit the cheapest full mechanical keyboard in the US. Not sure if it is where ever you are from. (80-90 USD)

After that the k70 non-rgb is probably next of the ones that I wouldn't instantly discourage you to get (110-120 USD).

he wants num pad. Which honestly leaves only the g710+ and the k70 non-rgb of the "safe" ones.

yeah, G710+ has blues if you can find them. I might go with that. Do the blues still have o-rings on that keyboard cuz I feel like it almost defeats the point of blues?

I don't remember, but then again I'm not a fan of blues anyways so it isn't a big deal.
