1st Final Build Plan

This is my first build. I use it to play games like Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Terraria, Minecraft (very little), and write papers for school sometimes. I want to stay under $850 USD. I need input on the build and what I should add and remove. Here it is:

Quite overkill for the games you mentioned, but it looks pretty decent.

For those games this is a great place to start the slippery slope in to the pc master race.

Nice build for 800 bucks. If that's all you are going to play, go for a 960 or 280X. Also, save yourself 16 bucks and don't buy more fans. Use those savings and get a nice SSD. 120GB is going for around 60-70 bucks, while 250GB is going for around 100-120.

If he stuck with the 970 he would be able to get into more gpu heavy stuff and be more future proof.

Go for 2 140mm to replace the 120mm in the front and then use it for the top or back. You would then only need to buy 2 of the fans you wanted.
