Where do you live?

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

get a job

I would start by volunteering/interning first then put that on your resume and get a good job instead of working at mcdonalds or some crap like that

He's 14. 2 years until he can even think about getting a job at MacDo's. In the UK, 13 is the time where you can do light work such as paper rounds.

Go around to your neighbors. Offer services like tech support, gardening, pet sitting... You'll be your own employer and, because you are young, people will tend to trust you more.

I've built 3 PC's, but none for myself... In fact, I'm using an iMac that my dad bought for me as my desktop. Awkward...

Please don't say "SSD drive." By doing so, you are literally saying "Solid State Drive Drive" and causing my brain cells to commit suicide. The same applies to HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).

at 14, your options in UK are very limited. 
But as a start when you're 16, you can do an apprenticeship, for which you will be paid.
Look at me, I'm a 2nd line/junior IT technician at 18, and I am currently working for the biggest company in Austria, in their London Branch. 
Also, the company I work for provides IT support for businesses, so I've even been doing stuff for swarovski.

Check the nearby hotels, or some cafe's they might be interested.

my school is different... a lot of people in my year are judgemental

Yeah they do but a little more money would hurt :D

 

child cash ISA is still a good idea, tax free savings, make the most of them while you can still get the better interest rates
