i think you'll get around 30fps at high settings i used to play san andreas on my intel celeron dual core 2.5ghz pc with onboard graphics and used to get 25fps on medium to high settings.

The game is almost 10 years old, he will get more than that. I ran it on release with far less than what he's running...

You can play GTA: SA on a pentium. The old pentiums.
