i think you'll get around 30fps at high settings i used to play san andreas on my intel celeron dual core 2.5ghz pc with onboard graphics and used to get 25fps on medium to high settings.

i see you havent maxed the game ,my current setup gets 15-20fps in gta san when i max the game

The game is almost 10 years old, he will get more than that. I ran it on release with far less than what he's running...

You can play GTA: SA on a pentium. The old pentiums.
