Not trying to be mean here, please understand that, but here's some really helpful advice for newbies in graphic design.

  • Perhaps instead of having a very copy/paste background, try rotating the circuitry to give it a more, irregular looking theme.
  • Either your text is not sharp, or my eyes are messing with me right now. Try making the text in a separate document at a much higher res, then importing it over onto the background downscale to the size you want.
  • Don't create jpg's please, unless there's a very small image size required. Jpeg degrades color depth and quality, always go for .png
  • Downscale the image. (I.e: render it in a much higher res and then downscale that final product down, it will add a slightly crisper feel to it.

Other than that, it looks good to me. Certainly something that appears to have taken some time and creativity.

doesn't have to be an wallpaper, you can still submit your art related to LTT there, since more people will more likely visit there

Thanks for the criticism. I am 12 and could possibly be thinking about graphic design as a career or linked in with a career

No need to be aggressive.

Work can be hard to find, and the money you make unless you pair up with a studio is going to be very inconsistent. I worked for some time in professional graphic design, but it just wasn't my cup of tea; If you love art though, then you might heavily consider it. Just take my advice and find a studio to work for, don't try and be a solo agent, you will not make money.

I turned away from graphic design and am now studying for video game development, and a focus on software engineering, but that's a whole 'nuther story.
