Skyrim (any of them with mods)

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

What kind of genres?

Bioshock Infinite and  Skyrim are great and mirror's edge too

Just gonna assume you meant

Tomb Raider 2013 is probably the best overall game ever made. I never used to be a Lara Croft fan. Most of them were pretty boring. But the 2013 edition is totally bad ass.

Far Cry 3 also ranks quite high up there for me.

Both of these games can be bought between $3 to $10 on sale, which make them ultra bargains.

Is the original Witcher worth playing? I bought it for like $2 and it's very hard to get into. I've played for... ehhhhhh maybe 20 minutes now and I'm sort of done with it. Why do I have to keep clicking on a bad guy to keep hitting him? Why do I have to switch something depending on the type of bad guy I am up against? Ain't nobody got time for that!

I've never played witcher 1, but I thought witcher 2 was good. It can be challenging at times, but that's what I like in my games. Also do you mean chaning signs in the witcher, because I think that adds to the combat  and makes it more enjoyable, but that's just me.

That was badly worded. I meant they are all good and try TESV with mods

You not liking it doesn't make it a bad game.

On topic

Deus Ex Human Revolution

Bioshock

Company of Heroes

Dishonered

Don't Starve

Far Cry 3

TESV Skyrim

Just Cause 2

Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning

Mafia II

Metro 2033

Metro Last Light

Spintires

Stardrive

Torchlight II

Trine/Trine 2

Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II/Chaos Rising/ Retribution

All of these games are older and should be pretty cheap at this point.
