So I got loads of garlic in my fridge that I got like what, 3 months ago, is it still good?

Don't store garlic in the fridge, garlic is best stored in a dry place at room or slightly below temperature. If stored correctly it will last for months, and you will never experience rot or similar. The outside of the cloves may dry out and turn an ever so slightly brown hue but it will still be perfectly fine to use. We harvest in late July and plant in late fall depending on weather conditions We have homegrown garlic year around.

If it hasn't begun to root and hasn't began to rot then it should be good :)

If you know what onions are like when they have gone bad then you will know what garlic is like when it rots :P Garlic is from the same family as onions xD
