Removing motherboard

Cooler and cpu can come out with motherboard.  Just make sure everything else is unplugged.  Ram can stay in too.

Is it possible to detach motherboard without removing CPU and its cooler? i need to remove it for like 10 minutes to set new fan to the case. 

Is it possible or i need to remove anything from it?

Unless you have really big cooler, you can unscrew with cooler, cpu and ram connected as @Marrolox said.
