Best 300-400 dollar camera?

It's my birthday in a few days and I was considering getting a decent camera. By no means am I a professional, especially since we only have a cheaper Canon point and shoot camera.

For pictures I mainly take pictures of outdoors (birds, animals, scenery), and every computer I build with more indoor pictures of random stuff (unboxings). Most cameras I have used do not take good low light pictures, or have enough of a zoom to get far shots. So what would be the best camera to get for this price? I might be able to get a more expensive lens later if possible.

Budget is 300-400 on Amazon, Best Buy store

-snips1.0-

I wouldn't be able to get the D3200, how good are the other ones?

-snips 2.0-

I can say that the eos M is not bad for it's size and price, the best thing for it is(opinion incoming) that, canon makes a adapter for it so that you can use the canon EF/EF-S lenses from their DSLR eos line up, including the gloriously (and freakign expensive) L lenses, it's a good thing to broaden out your aresnal in such a way, since so far i know the eos M doesnt have 3rd party lenses, but the EF/EF-S line up have 3rd party lenses, which means cheaper and sometimes better lenses.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

So with the adapter, a lens like this would work?: http://maine.craigslist.org/pho/5014651198.html

Other than that, the camera looks really good.

Yeah a lens like that should be able to work on a EOS-N with adapter, altough auto focus might be slow/sluggish because of the bugger distance between lens and sensor.

please read the topic before suggesting, he answerd that question before, see below for his answer.

1st line is about a used DSLR, second about a used 60D

I would rather buy one new, and possibly buy used lenses.

Nothing available in my area :P

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

Haha thanks, bit I actually decided that I will not be getting one quite yet. It would be better to save the money for college.

I recommend Nikon or Canon if you're on a budget. Stay away from mirrorless cameras as their lenses are quite expensive and you noted that you like taking wildlife photos which would negate getting old legacy lenses as you would need quick autofocus to track moving animals.
