Same here but you need to get more courage. Being shy does not help at all. How will she know you like her if you never even talk to her or get to know her. I am super shy but I get the courage to talk to a girl and if I get rejected well there are plenty more fish in the ocean. Rejection even helped me out. You start to get the "I don't give a fuck" attitude and then being shy goes away. You should just let things happen naturally and not try to force anything or make her uncomfortable. Good things happen to those who wait. Rejection is just a process of improving one's self. So you get rejected. Now you know what to do next time. Women love confidence. It doesn't hurt to try.

OK, so I kinda like this girl, but, they're are some complications. She is in 12th grade, I am in 10th.

She is on my crew team, she is a coxen.

But, I'm not sure if I even like her, I might just be wanting someone. I'm not really sure.

It really depends on the girl and how confident you are at the time. Don't use cheesy pick-up lines. Start to compliment her. Show her that your interested in her. Talk about her and listen to her. You could say somethine like that dress your wearing today is gorgeous or you could talk about her hair or eyes etc. Make sure it's not a dress she wears all the time so keep track of that lol. Just give off clues to her that you want to be more than friends and see how she replies. Once its going good then ask her out on a date.
