Not really sure, that is a pretty old game for people to test HD4600 on, why don't you just try it?

If it works on a last gen console it will work on intel graphics.

Can intel hd 4600 run BFBC2? If so, how much FPS? (This is my temporary GPU until I upgrade to GTX 970.)

It should run it Ok at around medium/low settings.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I would expect FPS around the 20-30s with graphic settings at low if playing at 1080p.

I run BF4 @ 1080p @ 33 FPS on low settings. So if it couldn't run that game, I would be really shocked.
