If you don't want all the crap then I would suggest you go and install linux.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I'd uninstall it.

Well a quick google search didn't bring anything up so chances are you can remove them.

i dont know if you read the text under the pic but when i go to uninstall it the uninstaller says it has been uninstalled but it still stays there

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

Usually it's just the icon. Try unistalling it again and windows should give you option saying they didn't find it and asking if you want to delete the entry in the menu.

I didn't see that, but use CCleaner, run the cleanup and registry fix, if they are still there go to tools in CCleaner and uninstall/delete them from there.
