what card do I need? there's so many!

Daan101

Hi my name is Daan and I have no Idea of what graphics card to choose

so I'm asking you guys to help me

I want to play games like GTA V and watchdogs ect. on settings that are a decent to play with but not ultra either

I now have I Nvidea GT 640, 8 GB of ram and a i5-4440 running at 3.3 GHz.

My budget is basically 0 since I need to work for all of it and I'm still studying so I really don't want to go over 200$ but a 150$ card would be manageble to me

my preference goes to Nvidea since I haven't had anything else yet but if you think it would be better to get another one and it wouldn't be any harder to install ect.

if you need to know anything else just ask!

thank you for even reading this :)

150 would be a R9 270(X)

200 would be an HD 7970/R9 285/GTX 960

CPU: G3258 @ 4GHz GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 OC RAM: 8GB G.Skill DDR3 1600 SSD: Corsair LS 120GB Case: Antec GX500 Mouse: Logitech G402 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Headphones: Shure SRH440 Microphone: That Zalman Zm-Mic1 that everyone recommends but noone uses

Remember when the R9 280 was the HD 7950? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

I think it's less about need and more about want. Just sayin'.

I know theres a limit to what you can do :)

Lots of response thx but I ment more that 200 was the total maximum but 150 would be the comfortzone so that would be the R9 270X Vs. The 750 Ti but when I looked them both up the 270x said that it could do a max of 6 monitors (with the use of a switch) but the 750 said nothing about that so does that mean only 1 monitor and if yes what is consodered 1 monitor could I be able to duplicaste the screen on to my tv with that then? Couse that is a must :)
