please state why as i dont really know much about anti aliasing programs other than what aliasing is and what anti aliasing is

If you're talking about what type of AA I use in games, it's FXAA

I think its a performance issue question. As what they said MSAA and  MFAA are good in terms of nvidia cards for the reason that it only take a lil bit of your fps :) just play around with AA depending on your unit and you will be fine.
