So looking at buying the V650S for $100 NZD, my build is as below. It's about 1 month old and new about $150

I generally don't buy used PSUs, as you don't know whats going to happen with them or what they have been through

Yeah that's true, but at 1 month old it shouldn't be too terrible unless they've spilt some coffee on it.
