Alright, there's my knives. There's not many of them, nor are they any well-known branded ones / expensive ones, but they do their job as they are supposed to as tools (well... Except the wakizashi due to the blade being dull. I could sharpen it, but I would need to learn sharpen it correctly)

They are in the order of acquiring them, from newest to oldest in the from top-to-bottom format.

The one on the very bottom is my first knife I have ever owned: apparently my grandfather gave it to me when I was 2 months old and at that time I was just officially given a name, but I only got to use the knife when I was 6 years old, and got it permanently on my hold a year or two after that. That puukko also has a dull blade, like the display wakizashi, except that the knife actually can cut stuff, so it's not too dull. I have no idea of the brand, it only reads "Lapin puukko" (translation: Lapland's knife).

The puukko has my first name engraved onto it. Though as you can see today it's barely visible (it reads "Riku"). I haven't used this knife much anymore as I'd like to preserve it, but it's practically as old as me, quite literally.

[spoiler=My hand for scale, when compared to the puukko]

The second knife from the bottom was found on some second-hand store for like 5€ some years ago. I use it occasionally for opening packages and whatnot. The only thing printed on it is "Made in Seki, Japan"

The third knife from the bottom is also a puukko, but this one is my father's old. I acquired it when my father died nearly 5 years ago, I was 12 years old at the time. I also use this for opening packages and stuff, but the only reason I'm keeping this is just as a memorial item. It also has a tiny compass in the other end of the handle, but it's broken.

The sword is a random cheapie display wakizashi I picked up from an online auction site. It's about 70 cm long in total, and it's made in china, so I assume the steel used in that is some cheap Chinese stainless steel (probably worse than 420C or 440C). The scabbard is some  wood I don't know, but the seemingly metal part is cheap plastic in reality. But the blade is actually metal, and so is the tsuba. As I have mentioned before, the blade is dull, but the tip is actually pointy enough to possibly cause mild bleeding if mishandled. No intention of using it as a weapon at any point (too weak to defend myself anyway, lol. Just run and hide if necessary, and also, defending oneself with any kind of weapon is forbidden here, this includes pepper spray, taser and such), but it could probably be sharpened. Probably not possible to a point where cutting practices are possible, but who knows. If anything, could at least make a fun bush-clearing tool.

Overly long post is long. It's unnecessarily long, I know, but in case someone wanted extra information of them, there you go.

EDIT:

Oh, and I'm now looking for affordable (under 30€) training balisong to practice tricks with. I did have one cheapie balisong once, but it broke after a year, as the screws kept loosening, despite tightening them like every few weeks. It was fun to play with though (also taught me to not test the blade's sharpness by dragging your thumb along the blade's edge in a cutting fashion. I was like 13 or 14 at the time, and I basically cut myself due to stupidity). Actual butterfly knives are perfectly legal here (we can't carry knives in public in a place where they are easy to get like a pocket, or visibly for that matter, but other than that, there's no restrictions to the length for example) but I'd just prefer a training variant for safety reasons.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

My every day pocket knife is a Kershaw 1555ti Cryo, I also have a 1760 Skyline that occasionally carry but I generally prefer the Cryo.

I really want a Benchmade 470 Emissary but it's a $175 pocket knife, and I'm not made of money.

People are dumb and do dumb things, why would you NOT carry a knife?

Because you never know when your knife is going to jump out of your pocket and shoot someone... lol

Anyways the last 3 knives I have cared have been knives I have made but the 2 knives before that were a sog twitch and a spyderco uk pen knife.

Here are some knives I have made they looked better when I was still carrying them and kept them oiled and looking good.
