Where can you upgrade to windows 10 if you're already running windows 7?

Windows 10 is currently a technical preview.

You should wain until it comes out as a proper OS and you will have to see from there. No one knows how we are going to be upgrading yet.

 

When it comes out it will be free for you because you already have windows 7

Step 1. Wait for it to release

Step 2. It will be available either in ISO format, or a live upgrade, apparently through Windows Update.

bare in mind, previews are not upgrades.

You would be best to either dual boot it or run it in a VM.
