I am looking to build a new pc but don't know which MB to select. 

Can anyone tell me which one would be better for both short and long term ( 2/4 years ) ?

Im gonna say the ASUS one, but only because I find that it looks better and I've had good experiences with ASUS.

Nope. I owned one and it ran great. Nothing to be worried about.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

It's basically is on the same level with the Asus Maximus VII Hero and it actually has better reviews on Newegg. It's also on sale, a great bang for your buck.
