Yes that looks about right.

H55 - $50-$60

G10 - $10-$30

Thermal Pads - $6

Aluminum Heatsinks - $6

VGA to PWM Adapter - $6

Here is a list of things you will need.

What are all the items I need to watercool a r9 290? I'm going to run xf soon and I don't want my room turning into an oven. Thanks, links appreciated:)

Z77A-G43 LGA 1155, Intel I5 3450s, Radeon R9 290 (non-X), Cooler Master V750 Gold (750W) PSU, 2x4GB Ripjaws X 1866 MHz, 1x4 Crucial 1866 MHz, Samsung 840 Evo 500GB, Thor V2 Full-tower Case, Acer 1920x1080 Monitor

Watercooling doesn't magically reduce the amount of heat produced by a component, it merely moves the heat elsewhere. In this case it moves it to your room.

Anyway;

You need a radiator, pump, reservoir, tubing, fittings, and GPU block.

XSPC sells very good all-included gets, to which you need to add a GPU block.

Okay I'll look into that, but what about a g10 sleeve, h50 or 60 wc. Then adhesive an cheat sink for vrm. Is that workable? Or are there better cheaper options.

"Workable" yes, I'll never personally understand the appeal of people using a G10 + 120mm cheap Asutek AIO. They usually will say something about "It's cheaper and nearly as good as full custom loop." But while it may be cheaper, using the money you spend on it to just buy the next step up of GPU is generally the better way to go in my first hand experience.

Which specific R9 290 do you have?  Just the plain reference model with a blower fan?

Well I mean even 60c is fantastic for me I don't need super low 34c full load temps. And my card is 280$. The setup will cost~100 and honestly since I already got a 290, it would make more sense to wc it and get another 290 instead of 970's, which would cost way more than 100, probably 300$ more. 280+110 = 390. Two 970's would be ~620$. That's why I'm thinking of using an h50i or something I can find a deal on.

Sweet, I'll try it out as soon as the new cards drop and the prices of my 290 fall. Thanks a lot!
