What counts as underload? Because my CPU is running at 70-80 right now but I'm downloading games and switching around google tabs and listening to music so I'm not sure if 70-80 is high or normal

CPU: some amd thing Motherboard: its black RAM: its memory thats for sure GPU: r7 260x Case: corsair spec 01 Storage: 1tb of it PSU: 430w, so many watts

That's pretty damn high. Under load is while running a game, not listening to music.

But I also have google chrome and steam running and I have mutiple tabs and steam running

"under load" means when the cpu is maxed out 100%

 

my favourite way of achieving that is 7-zip's built in benchmark.

Under load seems to be bit different to most that it is to me. Under load is when CPU usage goes over 50%. Under full load is when it goes over 80% (because of variation). Stress tests usually pin usage to 90-100%.
