If you could have one superpower what would it be, and why?

It can be from a comic book/movie/tv show/cartoon/manga/video game. Limit to only one superpower and explain why you picked it.

Mine would be Regenerative Healing Factor http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Regenerative_Healing_Factor

The user can rapidly regenerate, in other words, they recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping, aging. The rate and amount of healing varies widely (see Levels of Regeneration), some can regrow missing limbs, others must put the limb back in place for rapid regeneration. They are generally in very good physical shape as their bodies are constantly reverting to healthy state.

Absolute Level (example: Kaguya Hōraisan)

■User may regenerate completely as long as one cell or even molecule remains intact.
■Decapitation would be pointless as user can regenerate a head, or the head can regenerate a whole new body.
■Impossible to exhaust or permanently injure, regardless of attack speed.
■Removal of soul or temporal erasure are the only methods of killing the user.

Like Wolverine or Alucard from Hellsing Ultimate. Would use it to protect the innocent.

Most people won't think of this but... THE FORCE from Star Wars because why not? You can control others words and movements. Super jumps, and if you use it a certain way you can choke/shock people! xD not that I would do that but at least you are able to should a situation present itself.

Dark side just so I have the ability to choke/shock if I was in a situation that it would be needed. The only reason I would choose light side is if a complementary lightsaber was given as a bundle.

Its fine, but looking at that site. I would be fine with master level, because I would like to see them try to kill me... but absolute would be fine. If I could have another super power it would be flight. Both would be the best. The flight would be because of wings not jumping like super man or throwing your hammer like thor...

If I had another power it would be Sylar's from Heroes. The ability take or absorb other people's superpowers.
