In terms of pure core count, the GTX 780 Ti or TITAN Black (depending on whether you need FP64 compute power) which have 2880 Kepler cores. Unless you want to count the TITAN X which hasn't been released, it is rumored to have 3072 Maxwell cores. Keep in mind Maxwell cores are a lot more powerful than Kepler cores, and the GTX 980 with 2048 Maxwell cores beats the 780 Ti's 2880 Kepler cores.

AMD r9 390x will be that card with it's 4096 CORES and 4096 bit HBM memory 600+ GB/s :D
