A Pentium G3258 will pretty much bottleneck anything better than a GTX 750 Ti/R9 270 in gaming dependent on title.

you will need top grade cpu for 3 r9290xs..

depends on game, in a game thats graphically demanding enough to use tri-fire 290x's but doesnt require 4 threads, no.
so maybe ets2 at 4k?
also you'lll need this board.

how else can you get 3 graphics cards on 1150.
nvidia wont let you because even on this board its 8x/4x/4x
