Het enigste waar ik mijn 780 atm voor gebruik is om in 1440p ultrawide super smash bros melee te spelen via een emulator, heb 30% GPU usage op 692MHz terwijl hij op ~1200MHz kan draaien.

De kaart heeft wel een displayport, DVI-I/VGA en DVI-I/DVI-D/displayport uitgang nodig wil ik hem kunnen gebruiken.

Mijn GPU? Omdat het toch iets beter is dan iGPU in gaming dus zal ook wel beter zijn in andere dingen.. (dat ding was gratis)

Ja maar een 780 met betrekking een atglon x2.... koop dan toch iets goedkoper?

Ik was ook niet serieus met mijn bod voor die 780 (tenzij meneer tomaatvk mijn bod accepteerd, wink wink nudge nudge) dus ja.

Als ik mijn GPU upgrade moet ik tegelijk ook mijn CPU upgraden (of eerst alleen CPU)

Heb al een 4 gamecube controllers en een van die grote memory cards.

Ik heb voor 160 euro geïnvesteerd in een GTX 950.

 

Kaart is goedkoop en krachtig genoeg om GTA 5 op high settings 60fps te doen (als je mobo VRM's niet overheaten en je CPU throttlet naar 3ghz)

 

Sterker moet ik ook echt niet kopen met mijn CPU want dan ligt de kaart een beetje te gapen zonder dat ie wat hoeft te doen.

 

GTX 950 doet al maar 80/90% in GTA 5

CPU stresst volledig uit op 100%

Ik heb ook wel een tijdje gedacht aan de GTX 950 (en daarvoor de 750 Ti) en het lijkt me een prima kaart. Jammer genoeg wel 2GB only :/

Wat ik nu eigenlijk wel wil is een nieuwe CPU generatie die eindelijk VEEL BETER is dan de vorige generaties.

Je gaat de 2gb border toch bijna nooit halen.

Meeste tijd als je in de buurt van de 2gb border bent heb je de graphics settings ook al hoog genoeg gezet dat je lage framerates krijgt.

En ga je dan voor high/mid/low end? AMD Zen word volgens de "geruchten" een hele goeie kandidaat in het middensegment (net zoals Polaris).

Ligt aan hoe mijn geldstroom dan is, maar ik ga waarschijnlijk niet voor top end zooi als i7 6700K level, maar eerder rond mid end of iets hoger dan dat zoals de 6600K (of wat dan ook het beste voor mij en de prijs is wanneer ik ga upgraden).

Maar sowieso ga ik voor quad core en zo veel RAM als maar kan.
