Net Neutrality stuff. Again... q.q Too lazy to read right now and honestly I don't understand much of the things that are going on in the USA with the ISPs, net neutrality, the FCC, broadband and all those things...

It's going under custom water

Doesn't mean anything for overclocking terms. You could be on a custom loop and still only hit 4.1 due to poor silicon, but I'm rooting that its a good CPU.

It's a Costa rice chip. Aslong as it hits 4.6 I'll be happy
