To find out go to task manager click more details then startup

 

 

 

Mine is 9.8 seconds

Yeah I don't have startup either. (Win 8.1)   EDIT: Found it.

fast boot, no hibernation and 840 EVO is beast as fuck.

 

MSI Afterburner and Google drive for my start up btw.

oh fair enough i have the 850 pro i dont use fast boot either may turn it on !

Doesn't do anything noticable, also I have a unusually fast 840 for some reason, not complaining though.

I don't know my windows is broken. The only time my PC gets restarted is if I installed a driver update or my PC has a BSOD (which has become a daily occurrence now)

got a 550 on write 84k iops and my OS is on it, I might hook it up to my other PC so I can see what it gets empty.

16.6ms. Fast Boot isn't working for whatever reason and I'm being bottlenecked in startup times by my hard drives.

I believe the bios time shown is the time it takes to POST, it doesn't include the time it takes windows to load.
