That's how keyboards are supposed to be made.

I guess you have all of the wrong keyboards then. My G710 doesn't exhibit this issue, neither does my cousin's K70 RGB or Thermaltake Poseidon Z.

That's because they are not using razer green switches. It's the switches that hold the keycap

I tried this with corsair keycaps and similar result, though a little less give on the keys

My K95 keys move straight up and down. They do not wiggle side to side like jello and hit other keys.

Then you do /s or add a :P because otherwise it is impossible to see any sarcarm through pixels on a screen.

Err, membranes won't even do that. The keys usually sit in plastic tracks if we're talking about thicker ones.

yah they have tube usually so no flex. the thing that's flexing here is the rod on the razer siwtch. The switches has no track to hold it in place. For Cherry switches, that's no problem as they use high quality materials.

how much does corsair pay to trashtalk razer?

oh fuck off. It bought this to give to a friend on the half off sale. I wanted to give them a chance, and thought their stigma was undeserved for the most part. Not giving it to him. That simple. It's that bad.

If corsair paid me I'd have enough money for a better camera than the motox and a tramp stamp tattoo. Always wanted that slut mark.

you..can't be serious right? I mean no keyboard should have this kind of flex. Even monoprice keyboards don't. It's all the switch.

strangely the one I bought last week doesn't flex that much.

it is just funny how every fucking review of razers mechanical keyboard is positive, some even saying that they prefer the new switches to the cherry ones, yet coming to linustechtips everybody just trashtalks razer products ...

Because we're not brand loyal tools. I use a Corsair keyboard, but hate their mice. I use a logitech mouse but dislike their keyboards, mainly quality reasons. And ugly

We buy products for the quality, not the brand.

I liked the concept of the green switches bieng lighter blues, but it doesn't work out obv.

This is one gif for a long review ranting about a lot of other things

Thing is, the blue switch models they used to have were just fine.

I honestly thought I must have gotten bad keyboard, so I headed to best buy to try the ones out there.

The display had been set up well after the launch of the green switches

BUT THE KEYBOARD ON DISPLAY WAS ONE OF THE OLDER ONES WITH REAL MX BLUE SWITCHES!

And there's stuff like that Ima talk about. They set up that display a month or two ago. I ended up taking a few chromas out of the box and finding they had the same issues.

Do you really think it's some conspiracy? That we get paid or something?

I have no pull in the community. Not many people will see my review when I write it. I can understand someone accusing Linus or someone like that being paid off because there is real plausibility to that and somehting to gain from a company paying him with his large audience, but now you are getting into the ridiculous.

The thing is I expected to take flack from people accusing me of being out to bash razer, but not to be accused of being paid by corsair.
