Is battlefield 4 premium edition worth buying?

Heya All! I'we gotten a great deal on the premium edition (game and premium) only gona cost me 20$ but do I need the premium part to play online ? Or is it just extra things? Haven't read anything about what's included cause I'm at work .

So pls help a dude that just got in to fps gaming again after some years of none existing gaming at all.

I do enjoy Battlefield 4, I've got alot of hours in the game.

First off I would start with the vanilla untill like 50-100 hours atleast and then buy premium.

You don't need it to play online. It basically gives you all of the DLC (and any new ones) as well as exclusive assignments, dog tags and weapons. 

 

If you can get it for $20, I'd go for it.

Yes go for premium, much more maps etc.

worth it? yes there are some great new maps you will get bored of the stock ones, and the expansions are really good, also some servers that have DLC content in them will not allow you to connect although there are plenty of vanilla only servers

It has some of the best maps, and recently they announced that they aren't giving up on dlc for bf4 and they're releasing 1 more final DLC, with all the best maps from previous games and the community can choose which ones they would like bringing back. (in other words the best value premium for a long time) Also a great easter egg in the phantom bow, damn google it, it's actually ridiculous what you have to do

If you want to play Battlefield 4 you should absolutely buy the premium edition. While it's not 100% necessary to play it does enhance the game A LOT.

bf4 is a great game. DLCs are worthy. I enjoy em very much.

Yeah I understood your initial point, I just wanted to see how fast your internet was. So I can cry in a corner with my 15Mbps(not as bad as some but hey).

It gives you new maps, new weapons, events and much more, like you jump the queue of everyone who hasnt premium... Imo, is worth the 20 bucks, but you dont need it to experience the battlefield...

And i get 1.1MBps T^T

It is only worth getting because of the maps. It gets really boring playing the same 3  maps over and over again.

If you can find it under 30$/€ somewhere, I'd say go for it. Not worth the full price tag IMO, but for 30€ or bellow it's worth it. No need to buy new DLCs that come out after buying the Premium edition, which is nice.

heres the thing i bought battlefield 4 normal edition and it freakin sucks okay i am so ticked off i paid like $30 for battlefield 4 which is a decent amount for a game and whenever i try to join a server it says i need an expansion pack it is pretty ridiculous

I bought it like 2 weeks ago, its pretty fun, I got premium edition for $35 so worth it for me. I am a noob, but its enjoyable

Those of us that are only supposed to use 30GB of a 200GB cap care.

I have 250GB cap and I've used more than that every month like 400-500GB. No extra charges for me lol.

Any ways, Premium is really worth it.
