While I agree that you shouldn't give it out to whoever, you should still experiment with things. Sex a huge part of relationships and if they sex with your wife sucks and you don't know it till after you're married, the relationship will suck as well.

You lose most of your options. You make further education, travel, even pending money very hard to obtain.
