I am slightly confused by the other half of your post.  But anyways..

 

I'm not entirely sure I even understanding what you mean, I assume what has the best raw performance.  In that case it is the Gigabyte 970 by clock speed.

 

Nevermind, someone posted it above.

 

But I do have to question... why would anyone choose a card simply because is the fastest?  All those facts you said you don't want to consider are VERY important..

Gigabytes g1 gaming. Nice looking card. Has back plate. And gigantic heatsink with 3 fans. Also this post is kinda irrelevant cus this is cpu and motherboard folder

1. My G1 Gaming easily hits those clocks with minimal noise and while staying around 70oC

2. At that price your better off spending that little bit extra on a gtx 980
