New router! What to get?

Helping some of my famly out picking a new router.

 

So what is a good option for like $50-$75ish? 

 

Somthing that could be found at Walmart Target or somthing is prefered as they would like me to set it up and I am leaving in the morning.

 

Not sure of there setup but feel free to ask and I will get you the info.
