It is used to repel wild life. If you have crops, and don't want deers, hare etc. to eat them, you spray some coyote urin (or similar predator urin) around the crops.

Theoretically your owne urin should work, but it's not as well known a scent to the wild life.

Coyote urin works, becuiase the wild life knows it's from a predator, and that they should avoid it.

Human don't really mark their territory by pissing all over it, so our scent isn't linked to predatory behaviour.

 

But our scent do scare some animals, like birds (that's why scarecrows work)

Also if you don't want other predators nearby coyote urine would mark the territory as the coyote's. This way wolfs won't enter your fields as well.

No (not to my knowledge atleast), but the clothes they put on them smells like human.

This is why you need to change the clothing on a scarecrow regularly.

They use urin from pregnate mares, since the urin is very rich in estrogen.

I doubt it would scare bears, but it should work on deer and moose.

However, I have no personal experience with any of this. I live in the middle of the city. The only wild life I see are pigeons.

If these animals cause you problems, I would suggest contacting wichever part of your government takes care of wild life and/or forests.
