Where do you guys keep your computer?

Mine sits in a basement(finished basement) on top of a desk.. Pretty cold down here during the winter.

Mine sits on the floor right now, in the finished basement lol, and yeah its pretty cold too here in the winter!

My plan is to make a new corner desk for my computer and also have the ability to have a ''guest'' computer on the side of it, aka space for any builds, etc.

I've got myself a "My Room", where I have my PC, and soon to be T.V. and couch for console gaming when friends are around.

My PC itself is actually in a coffee table for the time being, it's been there for about 8 months... But in about 3 weeks I shall have a H440 and beautiful sleeving to go along with it.

Now that I have a desk, my Dell goes in the little area for your tower (it has great airflow, since almost all of the backing was perforated to take out), my netbook and old laptop stay in the keyboard tray, and my rig will still go on the floor next to me.

Still in my bedroom, obviously.

On my desk to the right of everything else so I can see into the side window.

I currently have my computer in my bedroom but am considering moving it into its own room. This would allow my to have multi monitors and more space but I don't know if I'd like not having it by my bedside. This got me thinking what is the most popular room to have your computer in, bedroom, living room, it's own seperate room or something else...

So where do you guys keep your pc?

I have an office with 2 computers and a futon in it. I call it my Studitorium.

Bedroom, it's setup to work as a media device as well (corner desk with the screen pointing to the center of the room). So I can lay in bed and watch Netflix and what not without needing a TV.

Bedroom, on a waist-height dresser to the left of my actual desk. It's so I can dual screen cause my desk isn't large/wide.

My desktop is kept right behind the desk, which is facing the end of the bed. And no, that is not because I am lazy, but rather because I can not find a good chair local that is the right height for me, but sitting on the bed I am at teh same level as the monitor, mouse and keyboard.

My Elitebook is kept within rms reach at all times just about.

Bedroom, next to a heating/AC vent. The heating vent is closed, however my computer serves as a heater. It's AMD so it does it quite well. And during summer, when the AC is on, it stays nice and cool ^3^

Eric S. Raymond used an E6600 from 2005 until 12/30/14 or open source software creation. Raw data computations in excess of 18GB each. Core 2 Duos still have tons of life left, my friend.
