I'm talking about your own creations, no matter how bad or cheesy, or even if only you would be interested in playing it. 

 

I would love a PC building sim in the style of surgeon sim, or maybe like I am bread where you control the parts and slot yourselves in.

 

How about a game where you can only win by cheating so you need to find cheats and shortcuts to clear levels.

A game where I run around wielding a Darkmoon/Sunlight Blade Falchion, R1 spamming gankers and evil beings to death.

 

And the only consumable would be Mountain Dew to restore health.

An open world simulator where u can literally travel the globe kinda like gta and sims but when u hop in a vehicle its a full on simulator for it whether its a car, truck, motorbike you would also have real jobs etc i think you get the point basically real life but in a game except you aren't held back by your intelligence.

Zero Gravity Racer. The closest that I've seen to this concept was Distance (still in beta) which is not entirely without gravity.
