Your 7950 can handle it man. There must be something wrong.

Use GPU-Z to check your load, no install required.

No, thats something my 550Ti could do... you might have something going on with your card.

Try rollback your drivers or update them if there are new ones.

okay i did some tests with gpu z running into full combat and everything and i get still 20-25 fps and gpu-z reckons that the graphics load is spiking when in deep combat like it should to a high load, even 100% hmm strange

iinet they have been pretty good so far but everywhere else seems to be getting like 10mb/s we're supposed to be getting the fiber optic late this year but my dad reckons no way in hell is it going to happen and even if it does it wont come to our house so im hoping at least we might be able to get some decent internet that goes over 1mb/s even if we dont get fiber optic

I'm almost in the exact same situation as you....

where with bigpond.... Getting between 250-500kb/s and we are meant to be getting fiber but with us living out of town my dad also thinks there is no way we will be getting it..

Really sucks doesn't it... :(

I know but, saddest part is i don't actually live that far from the city in fact im right along the freeway so i have no freaking clue why we haven't got better internet, like im only a 30 min drive from the city i dont think it is that hard for them to lay down fiber optic networks down the freeway that then split off into the towns nearby

Yeah something is wrong, my 7870 is ok, handles it. . . not brilliant, but I'm getting above 35 on medium settings. . . so I dunno, it could depend on your CPU too? I hear this game is pretty CPU intensive?

This is a problem with over/under scan (I can never remember which is which). If it comes up again, you can usually modify it with a slider or something in the graphics control panel (Catalyst Control Centre in your case). For CCC it's under "My Digital Flat Panels" and is labelled GPU scaling. I've only seen it on HDMI connections but it's driven me crazy before.

Just FYI if you need it in the future.
