Under the smiley button there is an icon that looks like a framed picture, hover the mouse over it and it will say "Image" after you click on that icon you will be asked to paste the address link to the image. Paste it there and click ok :).

 As of the frog, maybe it grew up there? D: But in my opinion the sidepanel was off, and then it got it and electrocuted, I have my side-panel off all the time but I can't see how someone wouldn't see the frog in there... maybe it was a lost home pet :).
