Get it, try it, if alps aren't your type of thing, sell it off, if they are, keep it.

 

Sell it and get a mechanical keyboard like the quicfire tk.

You do know that is is a mechanical, right? Just not Cherry/cherry compatibles.

I have a cherry MX red keyboard now.

I dont want to actualy use the apple keyboard, its new in an open box, ill just try it, then decide.

Adapter is like 40$, ill get the keyboard, see if i like the switches, if i do, ill buy an adapter, use the keyboard, if i still like it, ill keep it, and possibly sell my k70. If not, ill sell the apple keyboard.

I found an ADB to usb adapter for like 22 bucks on ebay with free shipping

If it's in its original pristine packing and un opened .. DON'T OPEN IT !!

Put it away in a dry and tempered environment where it wont get scuffed or catch any sunlight for the next 30 years and once you take it back out, you'll be able to sell for a small fortune.

It's usability value today is low to none compared with the amount of high-quality mechanical keyboards you can get today, so you wont be missing out on much by not putting it to use ... In return the sentimental value of an original Apple product from the turn of the century once we reach the 2040-50's will probably be insane.

It is opened but never used.
