I know the Witcher 3 will have high end graphics, but that's not out till next year.

Also, Star Citzen, which is also not out  yet.

And yes, it has been ported to both PS3 and 360.

Shogun 2: Total War - you can tell me all you want that Rome 2 is technically better but S2 has a much better aesthetic, though beware, this eats i7's for breakfast.

Anno 2070 - tessellated water, beautiful futuristic design of the buildings, with very competent texture work even close up

Hah, that joke of a Crysis game.  While they do have Crysis, it's not on the same engine, and it doesn't look the same.  I think we can still safely ignore it.

It's a graphical masterpiece of the time that still stands toe to toe with anything of recent.

Oh graphics? most are pretty poor game play wise, i mean look at Crysis.

And there are TONS of great PC exclusive games that are NOT on console, though most of the games with the best graphics are generally AAA titles that end up being ported to Console AND PC

 

Do you want a list of graphically great games? or just great PC exclusive games?

Leaving out games that are not out or finished(like The Witcher 3 or Star Citizen).

 

The Witcher 2(a really awesome western RPG with a mature story)

Litchdom: Battlemage(kind of difficult badass mage FPS game)

ARMA 3(hardcore military sim, definitely not for everyone and you probably already know about ARMA games in you're into game like that)

Age of Wonders looks rather good(4x game with a mix of Civ 5 and Heroes of M&M combat)

Endless Legend(4x game but don't know much about it but it's supposed to be rather good)

Divinity: Original Sin(very good cRPG in fantasy world)

Wasteland 2(cRPG in post apocalyptic world)

 

 

And there are more, these are just some that come to mind for me now.

 

Also a lot of multiplatform games run better and look better on PC. Good examples would be Crysis3 and Wolfenstein: The New Order.

As people stated, everything on PC will look better than on consoles. If you're looking for exclusives.. well there are a few alternative titles that have unravelled graphical fidelity for the genre:

 

Rome 2: Total War - beautiful large scale battles that will never work on console

 

Company of Heroes 2 - one of the best looking RTS out there

 

There's probably a few more that dont pop into my head at the moment

Just PC, since PS4 has uncharted and killzone, I want something that doesn't make me regret buying a 1500$ gaming PC
