List price is $130, then there is a $30 MIR, and on top of that, if you pay using PayPal on items over $100, they give you another -$25. You will not find a better motherboard with the features you want than the Z97-AR at this price. EDIT* Just noticed you're not in the US, disregard my recommendation unless you can find one locally for the same price.
