What color are your eyes?

Only small shifts like greyish to blue are possible.

 

Mine are blueish, light greyish.

Hazel in the center around the pupil. then green around that. and blue around the outer part of the iris.

Very dark brown, almost black, just like the majority of the world. But my younger brother has really cool brown-green eyes, really cool.

False. My girlfriend's eyes get really light brown when she's horny. Her eye's are usually dark brown.

Maybe this person's face turns red when stressed. The difference in contrast could make the color change slightly.

I have hazel eyes in the center with a bright green around the outside which people swear changes colour but I am pretty sure that they are just changing colour because they are reflecting colours off of other object which I watched a youtube video about somewhere I think. Also you can't really see the green that much unless my pupils go small otherwise it just looks like a green ring around the outside.

I'd argue that it's just light being reflected(or refracted) in a different fashion causing your iris to appear to be emerald green. The only way to reliably test it is to put yourself in the same lighting conditions (including positions)and having a decent camera take a picture of your eyes in those different moods.

That being said, my eyes are a dark brown.

I have dark brown eyes, from far away they must almost look like pitch black coals, not quite josh hartnet demonic black hole looking eyes, but close.
