Go with the Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X OC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IZXOW80. The R9 280 is by far the best option you have in the $200 price range for a new graphics card.

If you're lucky you may find a 290 used in good shape in that price range.

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO, ASUS Maximus VII Hero, i7-4790K @ 4.5GHz, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 980Ti SC, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB 1866Mhz CL9, 2X Crucial M500 960GB, EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS, ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q w/ nVidia 3D Vision 2

Pretty sure the 960's and 950's are coming out soon, again I'd wait for those cards and see what they can give you in terms of bang for your buck. (If its anything like the 970's price to performance ratio, get which ever one you could afford)

No.

So the topic title implies that you look for a 200$ GPU, but the post says 150$, and you live in the Netherlands which uses euro's.

So I think you mean 150€/200$. Am I correct?

Nevertheless, if your budget is 150€ take this:

http://azerty.nl/0-5644-674365/asus-gtx750ti-oc-2gd5-grafische-kaart-geforce-gtx-750-ti-2-gb-gddr5-pci-express-3-0-x16-2x-dvi-hdmi-vga.html?channel_code=3&product_code=91019848&utm_medium=prijsvergelijkers&utm_source=vergelijk.nl

(Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB)

But if your budget is 200€ take this:

(MSI Radeon R9 280 GAMING 3GB)

Laptop: Intel Core i5-4200H, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce 840M

Desktop: Intel Core i3-6100, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce GTX 750 Ti
