Apple just revealed iOS 7 at their WWDC. They've finally revamped the UI to create a look that reminds me of a few winterboard themes! This is by far the most significant update to iOS since it started!

I think the 'softer' more 'vector' look may start to appear into OS X to keep a uniform apple look!

I feel a new iSwitched series coming ;)

If the next iphone doesn't have a 1080p screen thats actually large enough for a human to use instead of a halfling or hobbit. then I will not even consider buying an iphone. also IOS7 is trying to impliment features that adroid has had for years. Oh and before someone thinks I'm hatting apple, which i sort of am:) know that i currently have an iphone 4 and I don't like apple becuase of how limited an iphone is. at the time that i was buying my iphone android was behind ios but now, well its changed quite a bit....

lockscreen looks like windows phone and the simplicity of the icons looks like something Google have done already with Android but much worse which makes it hurt my eyes

Well its a step in the right direction, don't like the white frosted look of control center, would look better black. Also don't like that wallpaper but that doesnt matter really. Still don't think I'll be switching away from android for phones though.

I really enjoyed that. I did not really like the current iOS design - after all these years it just felt old and clumsy. With design standards shifting into flat, minimalistic color- surfaces, I was really looking forward to what Apple would come up with, and this new design definitely looks amazing. Not unique, but really nice and thought out.

I can only really judge by trying it though. Not sure what to think about the "iPhone reacts to your movements" thing, but it looks like a nice little gimmick.

Although I kinda like some new features, like the lockscreen and multitasking, the thing that struck me was the "new" home screen. It looks like a damn candystore!

completely agree

Too much variation in color of the apps.

Man, I was really hoping this would be the update that brought a slight amount if attractiveness to iOS, but nope, it looks silly. Just really silly. So many blatant design ques have been taken from Android and WP it's ridiculous. Even that wallpaper looks just like the phase beam wallpaper from ICS! No doubt iOS users will be rejoicing this news. I hope they enjoy even worse battery life with all those bright colours.

I think iOS 7 looks great. Much cleaner and slicker than Android and more functional than Windows Phone. And I love the new more vibrant colours of the icons - it fits in much better with the styles used by most apps nowadays and makes the whole screen look much more alive.

I wonder if my old iPhone 4 will receive an update for this...

It legitimately looks like it was designed for teenage girls.
