haloharry97

I just need a little help, am having problems with my eyes, my eyes start to hurt when i play just a few lv when i play games like Rayman Legends or BIT.TRIP presents... runner 2, i was wondering if i get a 120hz or even 144hz with g-sync monitor if it woud help with my eyes, dose anyone know if it would help before spending my money.

Have you considered getting speciality glasses for use with monitors? 60Hz is unlikely to hurt your eyes, it's more likely just the strain of using monitors in general.

Its probably that your eyes are strained from looking at your monitor, it happens if you look at it for too long. If it really bugs you I guess you could get gunnar glasses.

Maybe just staying a bit further from the screen could help... Also depends on the framerate u r actually getting... I think that my eyes are pretty hard to be satisfied, and is very rare that i actually see the 60fps as a limit... Also getting pauses every hour or half-hour and looking at a far point relaxes the eyes

I don't think hertz on a screen would make your eyes hurt or not. You should go to the doctor and maybe try glasses.

May want to have a look at Benq's monitors:

Not sure if any tests have been done to prove that they work, but page should have information, also Gunnars Optiks may help you.

Really need to rename them as a marketing strategy.
