Need some help with a new system.

So just finished building my new system and i am not able to get into the boot menu.

 

\the debug code says 44. 

 

The manual that I found does not mention anything about this.

 

So any help?

You want to boot into bios without CPU? I got it right?

It just came in the mail an hour ago. But yeah. Everything looks good. Might be missing something.

BIOS Update (possibly) says Google.

 

Also, is the 212 EVO in place all the way? Those things don't mount too easily.

Pretty sure you download the update, extract to flash drive, plug in before turning PC on and you're golden. http://us.msi.com/support/mb/Z97_GAMING_5.html#down-bios

Still somewhat troubled by the lack of any display to my monitor. Can this process be done without it?

well on page 1-30 of your manual

so it looks like its your Memory

 

its in hex just so you know i think that is why you are having a hard time finding it

Sorry everyone. I dun goofed. I realized that I plugged in the HDMI cable to the mobo instead of the GPU. Windows has been installed. I will be installing the drivers and everything tomorrow as it's quite late as of now. Thanks for the help.

its always  fun to have a problem that turned out to be just user error 

 

but you now know that the code readouts are in hex most of the time so some good came from it
