Options have been narrowed down. Help decide.

I have narrowed down my wants in a laptop (light, slim, 14' or below, at least 1080p ips screen, and has an ssd/can be upgraded to one, with decent build quality) to these. I am a college student, that is going through programming classes, and likes to watch anime/youtube videos (reason for wanting the ips panel). Laptop suggestions are welcome if they fit within what I want and under $1200.

The Asus zenbook ux303la (decided i would rather not have the i7, 840m version, with a screen with yellow color reproduction problems as it seems like it would get annoying)
$899 USD, i5 4210U, 128gb(will upgrade if too small later on), 8gb ram, 13.3' FHD

The second is the Samsung ATIV book 9 plus. Issue is that i've heard that the trackpad and/or the keyboard isn't that great, but the yellow tint has been fixed). $1100, i5 4200U, 128gb ssd, 4gb ram, 13.3' QHD+ panel

The third is the Asus V7-482P-5822 (i can't find many reviews on it) $799, i5 4200u, 500 gb HDD [that I will upgrade if I do get this], 8gb ram, 14' FHD panel

The macbook air is also a choice. $1149 (using student discount, $1178 to get ethernet adapter since wifi is poor in the dorms), i5 1.4 ghz, 256gb (since I don't want to get stuck with 128 and find out later that it is too small), 4gb ram, 13'

rMBP would be $1400 for 256gb version which I don't want to spend.

I have also looked at the 14' system76 laptop but have heard nothing but bad reviews on the build quality.

i wouldn't touch cyberpower with a ten meter pole tbh

The Macbook Air is perfectly fine for what you want to do, as long as you aren't doing much gaming on it.

The Zenbook seems like a good deal as well though I couldn't tell you anything about it.
