what is the best closed loop cooler for over 4.9ghz

My cpu runs very good at 5.2ghz at low vcore my i7 990x all 6 cores 12 threads at 1.49vcore but on my h100i with sp120 fans I get temps over 90-95 what cooler can I get that can take 5.2ghz 24/7 max on h100i I can go is 4.7ghz 24/7

The biggest AIO you can find which afaik is Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate, or a custom loop. 

 

but keep in mind the Noctua NH-D15 is better then the H100i, it's not all water coolers

What about the 110 thats the biggest I can fit in my case ? Will that take 5.2 and more ?

Kraken X61 > H110

 

But it will only be a marginal improvement over the H100. Nothing mind blowing. The X61 might get you down to 85c at 5.2 if you put good TIM on the block and crank the fans

To much work

That's probably the only way to get good temps with what you're doing.
