If you are just putting Windows on it then 120GB will be fine but if you also want to put games on it then I suggest at least 240GB, preferably 500GB.

My Current Build:

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M

64gb is really the min. But you WANT 120 at least. The more the better.

Even 64GB is plenty but a 120GB drive hits the sweet spot for capacity/price.

64 cause I'm just too freaking amazing, 64 you have to know what you doing and very often 64 models are bit older and has less performance then 120 so I say 120

64 is fine so long as you move the User data folder onto your secondary drive.

What about it? Care to explain more?

Once you are in Windows go to your C:/users/*username*

From there you can right click > properties > location and move the location of the userdata folders (desktop/documents/pictures)

Alot of people dont do this and wonder why they run out of space on their SSD's very quickly.

Quack 🦆

I don't put any big games on SSD's so I would say 120GB is enough for me. If you want to install some of your favorite games on the SSD, then 256GB is a good amount.

Note, if you have a higher capacity on the SSD, the write times are usually faster.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
