I would open the activity monitor and check if there's any processes that use large amounts of CPU time. It's not like OSX is immune against bad processes. I run tuxera ntfs and had a lot of issues with cpu usage until I figured that this was because the indexing tool tried to index my ntfs drives :P This was an anomaly which only affected some users, so whats to say you won't experience a few anomalies with 3rd party software yourself? ;)

No, I'm talking about how LOUD the fan can be. Sure it is thin but so are Ultrabooks and I'm hoping they're not as loud.. besides, macbook air really spoiled me and I can't go back to "traditional, bulky" laptops..

I have an old 2nd gen Ipod touch. Got it secondhand from EB Games for $70 :D

Same, but in pounds like a few years ago, trying to sell it actually :)

2010 15" MacBook Pro, iPhone 5, iPod Nano, iPod gen 3 (classic) and an Apple TV 3.

 

I don't regret buying any of these products! I own both Mac and PC (which is a bit outdated now) and can say I much prefer OSX and only own a pc for gaming, as not many games are realised for Mac and when they are they are poorly optimised.

Ok so I don't personally own it and my family didn't buy it but we have an Ipad Mini. It was a gift to us :D

I've got an iPhone 4s for 8 months now, I bought it cheaper because of the iPhone 5 release.

And I've got an iPod nano 3rd Gen. My first Apple product. It's still runnig with some crazy extra features like a I-do-what-I-want click-wheel and so on. But the battery is still really good :D

Ipod classic 120gb had this for almost 5 years now could not be happier with it. It holds all my music and podcasts, even in high school I used it as an external hard drive.
