harddrive is the amount of space in the house the cpu is the brain the motherboard is the house and the pcb traces are the hallways the air condictioning is the cpu cooler the television and cable box are the monitr and graphics card  a windows screen is fan filters the power in the house is the wiring aand power for the computer and the car is the modem/ethernet port anti virus is an ac filter

The hdd is like the loft/attic. It stores all your useless shit with loads of room to spare. The ssd is like the word robe or chest of drawers. Easy access, fast storage that you don't need to go routing around in to get the stuff out of.

The OS is like home decor, so what it looks like, what goes with it and the type of people that live there.
