oculus quest 2 not connecting to computer and saying usb descripter request failed after a factory reset.

so my oculus quest 2 refuses to connect to the computer after a factory reset and only charges it. im trying to use oculus link cable but does not recognise. i tried using a regular cable to access files in file explorer but does not work. i tried uninstalling driver and reinstalling but did not work.

Either bad cable or defective headset... Try another computer just in case.

I have tried another computer and I think the cable works as it was working before the factory reset
